Job description

• Lead software development teams and technical planning utilizing Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Develop application roadmaps, epics, and features for new and existing systems.
• Capture, validate, and manage technical requirements in alignment with mission objectives.
• Oversee project schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and deployment coordination., * Directly lead software development teams and serve as a technical liaison for complex application development.
• Lead aspects of product design, partnering with product managers to develop requirements and advise on prioritization.
• Perform risk identification and mitigation, establishing project schedules and implementation timelines.
• Coordinate technical planning across Agile teams, including verification, validation, and system deployments.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Guide project teams using Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks to achieve defined project milestones.

Requirements

• Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 4+ years
• Total Compensation: $244k+ yearly (tentative)
