Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Coordinator || Mechanicsville, VA

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support an Agile delivery team working on tolling (E-ZPass) systems. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage Azure DevOps work items, track project progress, prepare reports, and coordinate with development teams and management., * Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Create and maintain user stories, tasks, and work items in Azure DevOps.
• Track Agile metrics, project status, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, meeting notes, and project documentation.
• Investigate issues before escalation and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with developers, the Development Manager, and cross-functional teams.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.
• Experience managing backlogs, work items, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
• Strong communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting technical or software development teams., * PMP certification.
• Experience in large enterprise or government environments.
• Familiarity with Agile maturity and process improvement initiatives.
