  • Install required business software and resolve issues involving application setup, device imaging, and workstation configuration.

  • Rebuild and ready returned equipment for future use by re-imaging devices, checking functionality, and updating deployment status records.

  • Assist with basic OneDrive file access concerns and support user-facing migration tasks tied to workstation deployment activities.

  • Record completed work, update asset tracking information, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Follow site-specific safety rules, security procedures, and deployment standards while escalating more advanced technical problems when appropriate. Requirements * Prior experience supporting PC refreshes, desktop deployments, or end-user migration projects in a structured work environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11, including troubleshooting common workstation issues.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to assist users with standard setup and support needs.

  • Experience installing, configuring, and validating business software on desktop or laptop hardware.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with end users and provide dependable customer support in an onsite setting.

  • Comfort working independently, following documented procedures, and adapting to shifting project priorities.

  • Dependable reliability, including consistent attendance and adherence to workplace expectations and safety requirements.
