Requirements
Position is on-site and requires daily travel to ABC’s Winter Garden, FL site
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Experience managing and supporting enterprise business applications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Experience with VMware
- Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Azure certifications
