Job description
- Integration & Architecture: Connect Moveworks and Creator Studio with ServiceNow ITSM/HRSD modules via APIs and webhooks.
- Workflow Automation: Design and optimize end-to-end automated workflows triggered by conversational AI interfaces (Teams/Slack).
- AI Agent Configuration: Use Moveworks Creator Studio to build custom AI agents capable of resolving complex employee requests.
- Security & Access: Configure ServiceNow permissions, ACLs, and data schemas to ensure secure, role-based AI search execution.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor system logs, troubleshoot integration failures, and refine search relevance.
Requirements
- ServiceNow: 4+ years of development experience (ITSM, HRSD, IntegrationHub, JavaScript, GlideScript).
- Moveworks: Direct experience configuring, tuning, or deploying Moveworks platforms.
- APIs: Advanced proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and JSON parsing.
