Administration der Arbeitsplätze im Windows-Umfeld Inbetriebnahme von neuer Hard- und Software sowie Servern, Clientsystemen und Druckern Wartung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme Betreuung des 1st und 2nd Level Supports Bearbeitung von Tickets im System

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/r Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Support und/ oder Administration ITIL-Kenntnisse sowie erste Erfahrung mit Citrix Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
