1st und 2nd Level Support und die Betreuung der Kunden Vorort Projektbetreuung, Analyse bis hin zur technischen Umsetzung Erarbeitung von technischen Lösungen sowie Integration der IT-Lösungen in kundenspezifische Infrastrukturen Durchführung von Optimierungsanalyse sowie die Abstimmung mit den Softwareentwicklern

Requirements

Abgeschlossene informationstechnische Ausbildung oder Studium Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen und den MS SQL Servern Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohe technische Affinität sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
