Umfassend Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden bei der Einführung von Softwarelösungen Planung und Durchführung von Projekten sowie deren Dokumentation Erarbeitung von Optimierungspotenzial nach kundenspezifischen Anforderungen Durchführung des 1st und 2nd Level Support bei den Kunden vor Ort

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in der Kundenbetreuung Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen sowie IT-Affinität Eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
