Ping Identity Support Engineer

Support and administer PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping Directory, PingID, Ping One, DaVinci, Ping Authorize, and Pinone Protect/Risk.

Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, federation, MFA, and directory-related issues.

Manage integrations involving SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, SCIM, RADIUS, Kerberos, and REST APIs.

Support MFA factors including Push, OTP, FIDO2/WebAuthn, Security Keys, Passkeys, and biometric authentication.

Perform incident, problem, change, and release management activities.

Manage certificate lifecycle, signing certificates, trust stores, secrets, and TLS/mTLS configurations.

Execute patching, upgrades, operational readiness checks, and production deployments.

Monitor platform health, capacity, availability, and security events.

Hands-on experience with Ping Identity products

Strong knowledge of SSO, Federation, IAM, MFA, and Password less Authentication

Expertise in:

o SAML 2.0

o OAuth 2.0

o OpenID Connect (OIDC)

o LDAP

o SCIM

o RADIUS

o Kerberos

Experience with SSL/TLS certificates, PKI, and key management

Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills

Experience working in enterprise production support environments

Preferred Skills:

Ping Identity Certifications

Experience with Passkeys, FIDO2, and WebAuthn

Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or other IAM platforms

Scripting using PowerShell, Python, or Shell
