Job description

Verantwortung für die Windows-Server/Client Installation und Administration sowie Rollouts und Migrationen im Windows-Umfeld Übernahme des 1st und 2nd Level Supports Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von PC-Arbeitsplätzen und IT-Endgeräten, inkl. Administration und Pflege von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen Verwaltung von Benutzerdaten und Rechtevergabe für verschiedene Anwendungen und Systeme Analyse und Fernwartung von IT-Störungen und der damit verbundenen Dokumentation

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von ERP-Systemen Erfahrung im 1st und 2nd Level Support Kenntnisse in der Administration und Konfiguration von aktiven Netzwerkkomponenten Hohe technische Affinität, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
