Eigenständige Planung und Implementierung der ERP-Software und CRM-Produkte sowie Betreuung und Support der IT-Landschaft auch beim Kunden vor Ort Verantwortung für die Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen Übernahme des 1st und 2nd Level Supports Unterstützung bei der Planung, Installation und Konfiguration von Windows Serverbetriebssystemen Erstellung von IT-Dokumentationen (z.B. Netzwerkpläne)

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Erfahrungen im einem IT-Beratungsunternehmen Erfahrung in Linux und Microsoft Windows basierten IT-Umgebungen von Vorteil Analytisches Denken sowie kunden- und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten Kompetentes und sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke sowie eigenständige Arbeitsweise
