Project Manager - Airport / Critical Infrastructure in Jersey City

• Manage and coordinate Aviation projects, programs, studies, and initiatives from planning through turnover
• Develop and manage scopes, objectives, requirements, deliverables, schedules, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and implementation plans
• Prepare and coordinate RFPs, scopes of work, technical requirements, bridging documents, procurement packages, and work orders
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and performance, and review schedules and schedule recovery plans
• Coordinate with Aviation Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Technology, Sustainability, Customer Experience, Safety, Security, Finance, Procurement, Properties, and airport management
• Work with designers, consultants, contractors, and technical teams
• Support data collection, analysis, performance monitoring, and executive reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture from an accredited institution
• 8+ years of project management experience managing multiple concurrent, complex infrastructure capital or operating projects
• Direct airport or aviation experience (not just general infrastructure)
• Proven track record across planning, design, procurement of construction contracts, and construction management/administration, with successful asset turnover
• Strong command of scheduling, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
• Experience with RFP development and procurement packages
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to airport sites as directed

• Ability to pass an extensive background check for airport secured-area ID

• PMP, PE, RA, or equivalent certification
• Experience with public-sector or authority-owned capital programs
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project and capital program management tools
