The Project Manager will coordinate technical design reviews, manage project schedules and resources, facilitate stakeholder communication, and ensure timely resolution of project issues. Manage implementation activities for IT and network components by coordinating specialist resources and technical support. Lead project teams in defining requirements, developing schedules, managing resources, and delivering projects within established timelines and budgets. Monitor project progress, staffing, financial constraints, risks, and issues to support successful project delivery. Conduct project meetings and communicate progress, risks, decisions, and issues to stakeholders and leadership. Coordinate operational support requirements with relevant technical teams for issue resolution and system updates. Administer the PPM tool, including user account setup, profile and permission management, project intake workflows, and governance processes. Coordinate PPM tool training and work with IT teams to address system issues, enhancements, and user support needs. Ensure project teams and business partners receive the necessary project-related and systems-related training.
