DevOps Engineer - Retail Engineering Apps & Services

through automation and engineering processes. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial

role in ensuring the seamless integration of development and operations processes, to deliver best in class and highly available systems.

The main responsibilities for this position include:

Analyze and evaluate the technology options/feasibility and define the build, delivery,

and deployment pipeline for applications

Provide leadership in implementing a secure, robust and highly available DevOps

pipeline

Automate build & deployment processes

Work closely with engineers, QA, project managers throughout the software lifecycle in

BS degree in computer science or equivalent field with 3+ years experience

Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Git, and automated build systems such as Jenkins and

Gradle

Highly skilled at developing and debugging in Java, GoLang or Python

Hands-on experience with Public Cloud Providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud

Preferred Qualifications

Proactive and solution-oriented, keen to automate work by building tools and web

applications with REST, JSON, or similar protocols

• Experience managing large-scale production infrastructure, including clusters of 100s-

1000s of machines and zero-downtime deployments.

• Familiarity with Linux internals, filesystems, and networking, plus web servers and load

balancers (Apache HTTP Server, Nginx, Envoy)

• Experience managing large-scale production infrastructure, including clusters of 100s-

• Skilled at troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving system and performance issues,

using tools like Splunk for monitoring and investigation

Working knowledge of CVEs, OWASP, and cloud security/compliance.
