BI Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst within our Proton Therapy Business Unit, you will help turn business data into meaningful insights that support smarter, faster decision-making.

Working across the different departments of the Proton Therapy organization, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and data engineers. You will translate business needs into effective reporting, analytics, and data solutions that create measurable value.

Beyond developing reports and dashboards, you will contribute to improving data quality, reporting standards, and BI practices. You will also help business teams make better use of data by promoting self-service analytics and supporting the adoption of reporting solutions across the Proton Therapy Business Unit.

• A first professional experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or Power BI Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX and advanced data visualizations.
• A good understanding of data modelling and relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• The ability to simplify complex topics and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
• A customer-oriented and service-minded approach.
• A proactive mindset and the willingness to share ideas and contribute to the team’s development.
• Curiosity and a strong interest in continuous learning.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Fluency in English. French is considered an asset., * Knowledge of Power BI governance and development practices, including Row-Level Security, access management, and workspace management.
• Experience working with SAP data and SAP Datasphere.
• Experience with Grafana.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, Microsoft Copilot, or automation technologies.
• Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment.

The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable, and car budget in specific locations) for this position is provided below:
