Mendix Developer

Voor Rabobank zoeken wij een Senior Mendix Developer. You will work as a Lead Mendix Engineer in Rabobank’s IAM 4 Employees area, which delivers identity and access management services for employees. As part of the user interface squad, you will build Mendix front ends for existing and new IAM processes. You will translate functional requirements into technical solutions, contribute to security and compliance requirements, and help resolve production incidents as part of a multidisciplinary DevOps team. Your responsibilities

• You design, build, model and document Mendix solutions.
• You create API integrations and uphold high coding standards.
• You coach junior and medior developers.
• You contribute to software lifecycle management and vulnerability management.
• You work in an Agile/Scrum environment and help improve the way your squad works.
• You clarify and challenge requirements, propose solutions, and help remove impediments.
• You work with the product owner and squad members on the squad roadmap.
• You support users and involve team members when handling production incidents.
• You collaborate with other Mendix teams and contribute to other tasks when needed., What you can expect

• Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels.
• Je bent Mendix Certified L2 Advanced of L3 Expert.
• Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring met Mendix-ontwikkeling.
• Je hebt ervaring met het opstellen van solution designs.
• Je hebt ervaring met het modelleren en documenteren van oplossingen.
• Je hebt ervaring met het bouwen van API-integraties.
• Je hebt ervaring met het coachen van junior- en mediorontwikkelaars.
• Je hebt ervaring met het opstellen en bewaken van hoge coderingsstandaarden.
• Je hebt ervaring met software lifecycle management (LCM) en kwetsbaarhedenbeheer.
• Je hebt ervaring met werken in een Agile/Scrum-omgeving.

• Het is een pre als je kennis hebt van en ervaring met andere programmeertalen.
• Het is een pre als je kennis hebt van en ervaring met testautomatisering.
• Het is een pre als je kennis hebt van Azure DevOps en Entra.

• You hold a Mendix Advanced Developer (L2) or Expert Developer (L3) certification.
• You have at least five years of Mendix development experience.
• You have experience creating solution designs, building API integrations, and coaching developers.
• You have experience with software lifecycle management, vulnerability management and Agile/Scrum.
• You are proactive, analytical and results-oriented, with a strong interest in IT.
• You communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, and work effectively with others.
• You are persuasive, able to analyse problems, and confident finding information in a complex organisation.
• Experience with other programming languages, test automation, Azure DevOps or Entra is an advantage.
• You speak both English and Dutch.
