Software Engineer

You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to production applications, services, and modernization initiatives.

As part of the engineering team, you’ll:

• Build and enhance full-stack applications, APIs, and microservices
• Develop software using Java, Python, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, and related technologies
• Use AI coding tools to support implementation, refactoring, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Help modernize and containerize existing applications
• Develop automated unit and integration tests
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and cloud deployments
• Troubleshoot applications using logs, documentation, and development tools
• Participate in technical design discussions, proofs of concept, code reviews, and Agile development
• Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, security, and compliance partners

• U.S. citizenship
• Hands-on coding experience
• A strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and web or backend development concepts
• The ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively on an Agile software development team

• Year 1 salary: $75,000-$80,000
• Year 2 salary: $95,000
