Change Manager

As part of our ambitious organisational strategy, we’re investing in change, transformation and digital innovation on a scale we’ve never seen before. From redesigning services and introducing new technologies to improving ways of working across the organisation, we’re creating the foundations that will help us reach more people, sooner. We’re now looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our growing Change and Transformation Directorate. Change starts with people. Transformation succeeds when everyone has a place in the journey., As Change Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic transformation programmes that improve how we operate across the organisation. Working alongside programme teams, digital specialists, operational leaders and colleagues across Change Grow Live, you’ll develop and deliver change approaches that help people understand, embrace and adopt new ways of working. You’ll identify impacts, anticipate challenges, build engagement and support leaders and teams through periods of change, ensuring improvements are not only delivered but sustained. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape organisational change capability, influence transformation at scale and help create positive experiences for colleagues and the people using our services.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the planning and delivery of change management activity across multiple transformation programmes and projects.
• Conducting change impact assessments and readiness reviews to inform implementation approaches.
• Building trusted relationships with leaders, stakeholders and teams across the organisation.
• Developing engagement, communication and learning strategies alongside specialist colleagues.
• Identifying risks, dependencies and barriers to successful adoption and embedding effective mitigation plans.
• Supporting managers and teams through change, helping build confidence and capability.
• Monitoring adoption, measuring benefits and using insight to continuously improve outcomes.
• Championing user-centred design, collaboration and continuous improvement principles.
• Contributing to the development of organisational change capability and best practice., You’ll become part of a growing transformation community that is helping shape the future of Change Grow Live. You’ll have the opportunity to work on organisation-wide programmes, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to meaningful improvements that support colleagues and strengthen outcomes for the people using our services. At Change Grow Live, we’re transforming how we work so we can create even better experiences, stronger services and greater impact for the people who rely on us., This role is primarily home-based within a virtual team. Occasional travel to services and offices across the country will be required when needed.
