Software Engineer ADA

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Software Engineer with strong ADA development and integration testing expertise to join a leading defence and engineering organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, mission-critical software systems, contributing to the development, integration, verification and validation of advanced technology programmes within a secure and highly regulated environment., * Develop and verify software using ADA and associated toolsets.

• Conduct software integration, verification and validation activities.
• Perform testing and debugging on target hardware platforms.
• Work with complex simulation environments to validate software functionality.
• Support the full software engineering lifecycle from design through to test and delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve software and integration issues.
• Ensure software solutions meet quality, performance and compliance requirements.

• Commercial experience developing software in ADA.
• Experience using AdaCore toolsets.
• UML and Rhapsody experience.

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge of DOORS requirements management.
• Experience using IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM).
