Job description

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for ServiceNow development and implementation teams.
• Facilitate collaboration among developers, business stakeholders, Product Owners, and federal program leadership to ensure timely delivery.
• Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks impacting sprint and program objectives.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, backlog health, and delivery metrics while providing clear status reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices, SDLC processes, federal security/compliance requirements, and organizational standards.
• Support ServiceNow initiatives across modules, integrations, enhancements, and platform releases while maintaining alignment with client priorities.
• Experience working in federal government environments and familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM/ITOM processes, and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Secret or higher clearance required
