HubSpot Solutions Specialist

• Build workflows, lead routing, CRM properties, forms, and deal and ticket automation.
• Configure Conversations Inbox, Help Desk, chatflows, qualification logic, and human handoffs.
• Develop useful knowledge bases, turning team expertise into clear articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Build, test, and improve AI agents and agentic automation using reliable knowledge sources and defined actions.
• Troubleshoot integrations, data syncing, field mappings, APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Keep learning new tools and turn successful solutions into reusable documentation., * A new lead reaches the right owner, triggers the right follow-up, and creates clean CRM records automatically.
• Customers find useful knowledge base answers, and unanswered chat questions reach a human with the relevant context.
• An AI agent accurately qualifies a lead or categorizes a ticket, with clear limits on when it acts independently.
• A broken workflow or integration gets diagnosed, fixed, tested, and documented so the team can reuse what you learned.

Hands-on HubSpot experience, strong troubleshooting instincts, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through. You investigate problems, test possible solutions, document your findings, and know when to escalate.

You don’t need to be a senior engineer. Curiosity, resourcefulness, clear communication, and ownership matter most.

Experience with Service Hub, Breeze, WordPress, NetSuite, Zapier, Make, or basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
