SharePoint Consultant (Junior / Mid-Level)

• Work with clients to understand how they use SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Support the design and implementation of collaboration and document management solutions
• Help deliver intranet and workflow solutions
• Build automations using Power Automate
• Support migrations from legacy or on-premise environments
• Assist with documentation, testing, and project delivery
• Learn and apply Microsoft security and compliance best practices

We are a growing Microsoft-focused consultancy delivering modern workplace and collaboration solutions. This fully remote role is open to candidates based in the UK and offers a salary of up to £60,000, depending on experience. You will work alongside senior team members and directly with clients, gaining exposure to real projects as you develop into a consultant. • Must already be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK
• Experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
• Some exposure to delivering solutions, beyond pure support
• Understanding of how businesses use collaboration tools
• Experience with Power Automate, or interest in developing those skills
• Good communication skills and confidence working with users or clients
• Nice to have: exposure to migrations into Microsoft 365
• Nice to have: basic PowerShell or scripting skills
• Nice to have: awareness of security and compliance features
• Interested in moving into a consultancy-style role; proactive, curious, keen to learn, and able to build relationships
