We are seeking an experienced AI-focused Software Engineer with a strong technical foundation in software development, generative AI solutions, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in delivering software projects, proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, and a collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities., * Minimum 4-6 years of experience in software development

• Experience in participating in the delivery of software development projects
• Experience in Generative AI solutions
• Higher Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks
• Experience in project management methodologies (classic, agile, and hybrid)
• Java and/or .NET framework domain
• Strong development knowledge in Java, .Net, Angular, React, Vue or others
• Knowledge in AI (vector databases, LLMs, etc.)
• Good knowledge or certifications in Prompting Engineer
• Experience in participating in the execution of technological projects
• Knowledge in SDLC with DevOps, Github, Platform Engineering, observability, building blocks tooling, SBOM compliance tools, etc.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary and complex teams
• Experience in cloud environments
• Technological curiosity with a “maker” mentality
• Interest in new tools, architectures and different approaches
• Collaborative attitude, always willing to take on tasks and lead when necessary
• Ability to translate complex ideas into practical solutions
