Systems Manager

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, multi site organisation seeking a hands on Systems Manager to take ownership of its technology, systems and data landscape. This position offers the opportunity to shape the organisation’s future technology strategy as it continues to expand through acquisition and growth., * Lead and optimise core business systems across operations, HR, finance, CRM and reporting

• Design and manage API integrations, data pipelines and automation workflows
• Drive data governance, system improvements and a single source of truth for reporting
• Lead AI initiatives, automation projects and innovation programmes
• Develop business intelligence dashboards and executive reporting
• Manage cyber security, GDPR compliance and IT infrastructure
• Oversee technology suppliers, hardware management and future system implementations

• Experience managing multiple business systems within a growing organisation
• Strong systems integration, API and automation expertise
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and reporting solutions
• Strong understanding of data architecture and governance
• Knowledge of cyber security best practice and GDPR compliance
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and project delivery skills
