Übernahme der Verwaltung von Cloud-Mandanten, inklusive Bereitstellung von Templates und DevOps-Prozessen Verantwortungsvoller Support von Client-, Server-, Netzwerk- und Telekommunikationssystemen Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Office-Lizenzen für Cloud-User Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Kompetenter Ansprechpartner in allen IT-Fragen des täglichen Betriebs

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration sowie Kenntnisse von Cloud-Technologien (Networking und Security) Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Servicemanagement oder mit Microsoft Infrastrukturen Dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
