IT Support Technician

You will provide first- and second-line IT support to office-based, factory-based, warehouse-based and remote users. The role includes troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, managing helpdesk requests and supporting key IT projects across the business., * Provide first- and second-line IT support to office, factory, warehouse and remote users.

• Install, configure, support, troubleshoot and administer desktop PCs, printers, scanners, IP phones, mobile devices and other IT equipment.
• Take ownership of IT requests through the helpdesk and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in the delivery of key IT projects across the business.
• Support and administer desktop systems, user accounts, mobile devices and IT services.

• Windows 11.
• Microsoft Intune, Azure and Microsoft 365 (O365).
• Windows Server 2019 onwards.
• Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP and DNS.
• Switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi networks and VPNs.
• iOS and Android device management.
• VoIP telephony solutions.
• ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or a similar IT helpdesk solution.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise requests effectively., * HR administration: 1 year (preferred)
