Kundenbetreuung im telefonischen und schriftlichen 1st und 2nd Level Support Administration und Pflege von Linux Betriebssystemen Optimierung von bestehenden Systemen und Netzwerken Prüfung und Einhaltung der mit den Kunden geschlossenen Dienstleistungsverträgen Dokumentierung von Fehlerlösungen

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung Informatikbereich oder vergleichbare Tätigkeiten Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im obengenannten Aufgabengebiet wünschenswert Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Linux Systemen Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen Selbständige, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
