Kompetenter Ansprechpartner in allen IT-Fragen des täglichen Betriebs Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwender vor Ort Technische Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Bereich Server und Clients Analyse und Dokumentation von auftretenden Fehlersituationen Betreuung der angeschlossenen Hardware

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich Erste Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Aufgabengebiet Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows 7 Kenntnisse im Linux-Umfeld von Vorteil Sehr gute bis gute Englischkenntnisse Selbstständige, vorrausschauende Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität Kommunikationsstärke, Stressresistenz und Serviceorientierung
