Administration und Überwachung der IT-Umgebung Durchführung des 2nd Level Supports sowie die Dokumentation von Störungen und der Supportprozesse im System Weiterleitung von komplizierten Anfragen an den 3rd Level Support via Ticket-System Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung und Rollouts von Netzwerkumgebungen Unterstützung des Helpdesk

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/r Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Cisco-Netzwerken und Microsoft-Systemen Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Analytische Fähigkeiten und Flexibilität
