Senior AI Engineer

• Build and improve RAG pipelines, including retrieval strategies, chunking, reranking and grounding.
• Develop GenAI applications and agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks.
• Adapt, fine-tune, instruction-tune and optimise models.
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure retrieval quality, hallucinations, answer accuracy and overall model performance.
• Experiment with models and approaches to improve reliability, latency and cost.
• Take AI solutions from development into production in collaboration with engineering and platform teams.

• Strong experience with model evaluation, experimentation and fine-tuning.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying RAG and GenAI solutions.
• Good understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases and retrieval techniques.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry is advantageous.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and explain the reasoning behind your approach.
• Demonstrated ownership of AI solutions and measurable improvements in model performance.
