Remote IT Support Engineer (MSP Experience Required)

You will provide remote support to our clients by phone, chat, and ticket. That means everything from a stuck desktop to a down server or firewall. You will work in ConnectWise for ticketing and NinjaOne for monitoring and endpoint management, document your work as you go, and escalate to our senior engineers when it makes sense. Our clients range from very technical to not technical at all, and you will be the person who makes them feel taken care of either way.

You must have worked for an MSP or IT provider. In-house IT experience on its own is not what we are looking for., You have at least three years of hands-on MSP support experience and you are fluent in a PSA and an RMM. ConnectWise and NinjaOne are ideal, but Autotask, Kaseya, Datto RMM, or similar tools are fine if you learn quickly.

You know Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows in depth, and you are comfortable with Macs. You understand networking fundamentals including VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls. Experience with Sophos, Aruba, Veeam, VMware, or Hyper-V is a plus.

Pay: $65,000 to $85,000 per year depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities., * 401(k)
