Senior Sales Expert /x) SAP Solutions

As a “Senior Sales Expert (m/f/d/x) SAP Solutions” in the Public, Health & Defense sector, you play a decisive role in shaping and expanding our market position. You are responsible for selling the SAP portfolio across the entire sales cycle. Her focus is on the strategic sale of innovative SAP products and services, particularly in the context of RISE with SAP, the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP S/4HANA.

With your extensive experience in a regulated environment in Germany and your deep understanding of consultative selling, you will identify new business opportunities and build sustainable customer relationships. They conduct negotiations confidently and manage deal teams with the aim of successfully accompanying our customers on their digital transformation journey. • Demonstrable success (at least 5 years of experience) in sales in the public/regulated sector within the DACH region
• In-depth understanding of public procurement processes, regulatory requirements and tendering procedures within German public procurement law
• Proven expertise in selling complex IT solutions (e.g. digital transformation, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity) to public sector customers
• Excellent sales skills with a focus on SAP services and products
• Knowledge and sales experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP
• Excellent skills in negotiating and concluding business agreements
• Strong skills in consultative selling and customer needs analysis
• High acquisition strength and a proven track record in acquiring new customers
• Structured approach and experience in professional opportunity management
• Ability to quickly grasp new ideas, analyze challenges and derive solutions. Ability to be flexible, self-motivated and results-oriented
• Excellent presentation skills
• High level of intercultural and social competence as well as sensitivity to the specific features of the public sector
• Fluent written and spoken English
