As Senior Solution Architect - ServiceNow, you are a key person in our team and are actively shaping the digital future of our customers. You are responsible for the conception and design of complex ServiceNow solutions that meet the requirements of our customers and create real added value. Their expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design & architecture is crucial.

Her tasks include strategic consulting in the area of ITSM (IT Service Management) and the development of architectures that make optimal use of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). They drive forward the integration of various systems, in particular using integrations (e.g. REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub). Your consulting expertise is required to understand customer requirements and translate them into innovative solutions. In addition, you will actively support you in presales by presenting and convincing technical concepts. We are looking for a person who is willing to break new ground and integrate technologies such as Agentic AI and ServiceNow Otto into our architectures to achieve outstanding results. Must-Have Skills

• German at C2 level
• Profound knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design & architecture
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification or met requirements
• Practical experience with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Skills in carrying out integrations (e.g. REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub)
• Distinctive consulting expertise and experience in presales
• Understanding and experience with Agentic AI
• Specific knowledge about ServiceNow Otto

Nice-to-have Skills

• Practical experience with various ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, SecOps, ITAM)
• Practical experience in JavaScript development on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with agile development methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
