Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

This Lead Full Stack Software Engineer role is a hands-on technical leadership position focused on designing, developing, and scaling enterprise SaaS applications using Python, Node.js, React, and AWS. The ideal candidate has a strong full-stack engineering background, experience leading Development teams, and expertise in cloud-based application architecture. The role also involves integrating emerging AI technologies into existing products and engineering workflows., * Lead the design, development, and scaling of enterprise SaaS applications.

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Node.js, and React.
• Design and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and serverless solutions.
• Mentor and manage software engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize features and deliver scalable solutions.
• Establish engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Design and integrate agentic AI workflows into existing applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, and development efficiency.

• 5 - 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Python, Node.js, and React.
• Experience designing and scaling cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Strong AWS experience, including Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, and EC2.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or AWS Aurora.
• Experience with modern API development and application architecture.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing Software Engineers.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code review processes.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar frameworks.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Lead Full Stack Software Engineer:

• Experience with GraphQL or AWS AppSync.
• Familiarity with Ant Design, Bootstrap, and SSO integrations.
• Experience with Golang.
• Experience migrating applications toward serverless architectures.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
