Lead Full Stack Developer

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies
• Build responsive user interfaces with React, TypeScript and related front-end technologies
• Develop secure REST APIs and back-end services using .NET/C# or Python
• Create reusable components, shared services and maintainable application architectures
• Develop and integrate solutions using Azure and Databricks services
• Implement AI-powered functionality using large language models, AI services and modern engineering frameworks
• Design and support integrations with enterprise applications, databases and external APIs
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and software delivery processes
• Ensure application security, reliability and performance through monitoring and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technical solutions and continuous improvements

• Strong experience developing production applications using React
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
• Professional experience with .NET/C# or Python development
• Experience designing and developing secure REST APIs and back-end services
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks
• Understanding of generative AI, large language models and AI-enabled application development
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases and enterprise system integration
• Experience with Git-based development workflows and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, application security and cloud operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent-based workflows or AI orchestration patterns
• Experience with asynchronous processing, messaging or event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized application deployments
• Experience working with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and single sign-on solutions
