Artificial Intelligence Software as a Service Enterprise Integration Virtual Agents

Job description

A Y Combinator-backed enterprise AI SaaS startup is looking for an Enterprise AI Transformation Lead to own and scale AI-driven change across the DACH region, based in Munich. You’ll work directly with the founding team to transform multibillion-euro enterprises into AI-native operators, acting as a trusted strategic partner to C-suite leaders while building high-impact AI agent deployments from the ground up., * Serve as an AI transformation partner to CEOs, CIOs, and Chief Transformation Officers at large enterprises.

  • Run each account like a consulting engagement: stakeholder mapping, diagnostic, roadmap, rollout, and measurable results.
  • Diagnose where AI creates the most leverage and identify the highest-value use cases per customer.
  • Build the first agents yourself to prove value, then scale adoption org-wide.
  • Host executive workshops, briefings, and strategy-oriented QBRs that engage senior leadership.
  • Navigate complex enterprise politics to find champions, remove blockers, and expand impact.
  • Collaborate directly with founders on regional strategy, key accounts, and Munich team-building.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering, driving prioritization with conviction.
  • Systematically automate your own workflows by building agents to eliminate manual work.

Requirements

Do you have experience in AI?, Dealbreakers:

  • Native-level German proficiency and location in Munich (or firm willingness to relocate).
  • 3+ years in enterprise AI transformation consulting with a track record of C-suite engagements and transformation roadmaps at large enterprises.
  • Hands-on experience shipping production AI agents, including model routing, evaluation design, data residency considerations, and enterprise integration architecture.

Required:

  • Tier-one consulting background (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, or equivalent) or comparable enterprise transformation experience.
  • Proven ability to build and lead regional teams and scale across Europe.
  • Experience leading C-level engagements and delivering measurable strategic outcomes at large enterprises.
  • Commercially sharp with experience in renewals, expansions, and multi-stakeholder revenue motions.
  • Extremely high agency, fast decision-making, concise communication, and a low-ego ownership mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Ex-founder or startup experience.
  • Willingness to travel and spend multiple days per week at customer sites.

Benefits & conditions

  • Salary range: $90,000-$150,000 USD annually (or local equivalent).
  • Direct impact on company direction and regional strategy.
  • Opportunity to build and lead the DACH team as the company scales across Europe.
