IT Support Engineer

• Supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11
• Troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi and networks
• Setting up and configuring new hardware
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Intune and Windows Server environments
• Visiting client sites for support, installations and upgrades
• Getting involved in projects including cloud migrations, Intune deployments and network upgrades
• Taking ownership of issues and keeping clients properly updated

Technical knowledge is important, but how you deal with people is just as important to us.

You might already work for an MSP, be part of an internal IT team, or have recently completed a Level 3 IT qualification. We don’t expect you to know everything. We’re looking for someone with a good foundation in IT, the right attitude and a genuine desire to develop., * Around 1+ year of IT experience or a Level 3 IT qualification (or similar)

• MSP experience would be great, but isn’t essential
• Good basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows
• Some understanding of networking and Wi-Fi
• Confident and friendly when dealing with clients
• Proactive, organised and willing to learn
• A team player who wants to build a career in IT and progress with us

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Basingstoke, Hampshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
