Senior Specialist - Software Engineering

Design develop and maintain enterprisegrade backend applications using Core Java Java 81117 and objectoriented design principles

Build scalable highperformance and secure services for businesscritical applications

Develop and optimize database solutions using Oracle Database and PLSQL including stored procedures packages functions and performance tuning

Design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external enterprise systems

Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions

Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including business stakeholders product owners QA teams and solution architects

Troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes

Optimize application performance scalability reliability and maintainability

Leverage AIassisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT Cursor or similar platforms to improve engineering productivity and software quality

Contribute to AIdriven initiatives including intelligent automation developer productivity enhancements and AIenabled business solutions

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards security practices and SDLC processes

Utilize version control CICD pipelines and DevOps best practices for efficient software delivery

Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and provide clear technical documentation and status updates

Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team

Support Agile delivery methodologies and actively participate in sprint planning estimation and release activities

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
