Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Business Analyst Senior. Expérience démontrée en analyse et formalisation des besoins métier. Expertise en analyse AS-IS / TO-BE. Expérience significative en Business Process Management (BPM). Capacité à identifier, analyser et prioriser les besoins métier. Expérience dans la rédaction de business cases. SAP Bonne connaissance de l’environnement SAP.

Expérience sur un ou plusieurs des modules suivants : SAP IS-U SAP RACC SAP FI / FICO SAP FICA SAP MM SAP SD Analyse de données Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en analyse de données. Capacité à exploiter les données pour soutenir les décisions métier et les améliorations de processus. Tests et qualité Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans la rédaction de cas de tests UAT. Expérience dans l’accompagnement et la coordination des tests utilisateurs. Outils et méthodologies Maîtrise d’un outil de modélisation tel que Microsoft Visio ou Signavio. Expérience dans des environnements Agile et/ou Waterfall. Connaissances en Business Warehouse / Business Intelligence appréciées. Secteur d’activité Expérience probante au sein d’un Gestionnaire de Réseau de Distribution (GRD). Communication et accompagnement Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles. Expérience dans la rédaction de procédures, processus et modes opératoires. Capacité à concevoir et animer des formations. Excellente maîtrise du français (niveau C2).
