Seeking an experienced Operational Analytics Lead to drive operational monitoring, analytics, KPI/OKR reporting, observability, incident management, and automation across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Splunk, monitoring tools, dashboard reporting, root cause analysis, and IT operations, with the ability to work across infrastructure, application, and business teams to improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
