Job description

We’re looking for a warm, switched-on and endlessly unflappable IT Business Support Partner to keep the technology behind Maison Estelle and Celeste running as smoothly as the service on the floor.

Think of it as hospitality, just for our people. Whether it’s a till that needs a little TLC before service, a new starter who needs to be ready to go on day one, or a Head of Department with a big idea for a new system, you’ll be the calm, friendly face who makes it happen. Our members never see your work, and that’s exactly the point., * Leading day-to-day IT support across both clubs, you’ll be the go-to person on the service desk, resolving issues at first contact wherever you can, from Wi-Fi and VPN to laptops, printers and everything in between

  • Keeping our business-critical hospitality systems humming, including EPOS, bookings and reservations, membership, payroll, finance and HR platforms, because when they wobble, service wobbles too
  • Building trusted relationships with Heads of Department and colleagues across Luna, you’ll hold regular check-ins, manage expectations with honesty and turn what people need into practical technology solutions
  • Making sure new starters arrive to a laptop, logins and everything they need on day one, managing accounts, access and devices across Microsoft 365 in partnership with the People team
  • Working hand in hand with our Security team on the technology behind CCTV, access control and door entry, and keeping our cyber security and data protection practice in great shape
  • Bringing new technology to life, you’ll support system rollouts and new openings, train teams and help everyone feel confident with the tools they use, including spotting where automation and AI could make life easier
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with our IT suppliers, holding them to the standards we hold ourselves to, and supporting the Director of IT with planning, budgets and renewals
  • Helping shape how IT runs here as the function grows, with the opportunity to build and lead a small team in time
  • Bringing a real service mindset to everything you do, so that technology is something our teams can rely on rather than work around

Requirements

  • You’ll bring solid experience in IT support or IT business partnering, ideally in hospitality, retail, leisure or another fast-paced, service-led environment where the show must always go on
  • You know your way around Microsoft 365, Windows and macOS, EPOS systems and the kind of integrated business applications that keep a hospitality business running
  • You can explain technical things in plain English, and you’re just as comfortable helping a bartender before service as you are presenting to the executive team
  • A natural relationship builder, you earn trust by listening, following through on your promises and influencing without needing a job title to do it
  • Calm and practical under pressure, you’re the person people are relieved to see walking towards them when something’s gone wrong
  • Curious and always learning, you’re excited by how modern tools, automation and AI can be used safely to make work better
  • Organised and reliable, with an eagle eye for detail and a knack for juggling competing priorities across two busy clubs
  • Discreet and trustworthy, you understand that privacy matters enormously to our members and our people
  • Flexible in your approach, you know that hospitality doesn’t keep office hours, and you’re happy to help with the occasional evening or weekend when it really counts
  • ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals would be a bonus, but are not essential
  • Above all, you want to be part of a team that works hard, looks after each other and has a lot of fun along the way

Benefits & conditions

The on target earning potential for this role is £49,200-£56,200 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £48,000-£55,000, plus a qualified estimate of £1,200 in gratuities and service charge., * Your birthday off, because nobody should be fixing WIFI glitches on their birthday

  • 28 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with length of service
  • Team socials, celebrations and recognition throughout the year

Treats in your pocket

  • Delicious meals on duty, prepared by our kitchen team
  • Exclusive staff rates and FB discounts across the group
  • A generous recommend-a-friend bonus scheme

Investment in your future

  • Pension and life assurance
  • Learning and development, including support towards relevant IT certifications
  • The chance to grow with a growing business, and to help build and lead the IT function as it

develops
