IT Technical Support

• Respond to help desk and IT support requests, diagnose faults and provide practical technical support with a customer-service focus.
• Troubleshoot software, Microsoft Office, Windows and macOS issues; support computer hardware and desktop setups.
• Assist with computer networking, LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN and firewall issues, escalating complex faults appropriately.
• Support Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory and track requests using our helpdesk ticketing system.
• On-site setup of PC’s and Laptops to suit customers needs.
• Your impact: Clear updates and effective fixes help colleagues return to work with less disruption.

Required: Practical technical support, desktop support, software troubleshooting, communication and analysis skills, with familiarity across Windows and other operating systems. You must have previous experience in a similar role. Preferred: Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, Routing and Firewall setups.
