Requirements
- 5 to 8 Years of exp into Infrastructure and Production support.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Experience into Autosys, Informatica, Windows, Linux,
- 2+ Years into Splunk, Openshift, Kubernetes
- Team Coordination
- Work in 24/7 Production Environment
- L2 support in financial/banking domain
- Working with Unix/Linux. SQL
- Experienced with tools such as Autosys, Ab Initio Control Center, AWP, Kibana, AppDynamics, Splunk, and ServiceNow (SaaS), working knowledge of Grafana and Informatica
- Handle incident management, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to runbook updates, process improvements, and automation initiatives
