Full-Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to build the software layer of our non-invasive neural interface. You will work on the applications, agentic systems, internal tools, and real-time interfaces that connect brain activity, machine learning models, and AI agents. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating high-quality products, moving quickly, and building across the stack.

The role spans frontend development, backend services, agentic workflows, model integration, real-time data interfaces, and internal tooling, while working closely with ML engineers, neuroscientists, and product teams.

In this role, you will:

• Build full-stack applications that connect neural signals, AI models, and user interactions
• Develop user-facing interfaces and internal tools for data collection, models, and product workflows
• Design backend services and APIs that connect devices, neural decoders, AI models, databases, and external tools
• Build the software backbone for agentic workflows, including tool use, context, memory, retrieval, and state management
• Work closely with ML and BCI teams to turn prototypes into usable product features
• Improve system reliability, performance, observability, and user experience

Do you have experience in Software architecture?, * 5+ years of experience in software engineering, full-stack engineering, product engineering, or a related field

• Experience owning and shipping product features end-to-end, from prototype to production
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, or similar
• Strong experience with backend development, APIs, databases, and cloud-based systems
• Good understanding of software architecture, reliability, performance, and security
• Strong ownership, product sense, practical problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
