SC 2nd Line Support Engineer

• You’ll be part of the Local Support Team, providing Levels 1 & 2 support to users.
• Undertake diagnostics & troubleshooting for: hardware, software, OS & basic connectivity, (LAN/WIFI)
• Use ServiceNow to log, track & manage the lifecycle of tickets.

Are you an experienced IT Support Specialist who enjoys building strong customer relationships, improving service performance and taking ownership when challenges arise?

Previous experience:

• Do you hold current SC Clearance?
• Do you hold an ITIL Foundation qualification (or higher)?
• Can you evidence Level 1 & 2 technical assistance in a Service Desk/Walk Up Tech Bar/L2 Technical Support role?
• Do you have experience of using ServiceNow, (especially Reporting & Dashboarding)?
