AI Implementation Consultant

As an AI Implementation Consultant, you will manage concurrent customer implementations from discovery through configuration and adoption. This permanent, full-time position combines independent project ownership with collaboration on their more demanding projects.

You will understand contracting processes, clarify priorities and recommend scalable solutions rather than simply reproduce existing workflows. Your decisions will help customers achieve value sooner while reducing unnecessary complexity and avoidable rework. You will also contribute practical insights to delivery standards and product discussions. Some travel may be required according to customer and business needs.

• Lead discovery sessions and translate customer objectives into clear implementation plans.
• Deliver scalable configurations aligned with legal and commercial workflows.
• Manage concurrent projects against agreed milestones and customer outcomes.
• Guide users through platform capabilities, trade-offs and effective AI prompts.
• Resolve delivery risks collaboratively and contribute improvements to implementation playbooks.

Must-Have:

• Client-facing legal technology, B2B SaaS delivery or relevant legal experience.
• Strong project management, stakeholder communication and practical judgement.
• Experience creating effective AI prompts, or ability to develop this capability quickly.
• Undergraduate degree at 2:1, GPA 3.5 or above, or equivalent qualification.

Nice-to-Have:

• Contract lifecycle management, legal operations or enterprise software implementation experience.
