Job description

Kundenbetreuung und -beratung Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen, Konzipierung sowie Durchführung von ERP-Beratungsprojekten beim Kunden vor Ort Konfiguration und Optimierung der ERP-Systeme auf Oracle-Datenbanken mittels SQL Einführung und Implementierung der Geschäftslösungen Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei technischen Fragen Durchführung von Schulungen für den Endnutzer Erstellung der Dokumentation

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im IT-Bereich Erste Beratungserfahrung im ERP-Umfeld Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in SQL Reisebereitschaft Analytisches Geschick sowie kundenorientierte Denkweise Kommunikative, teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz Umsetzungsstärke
