You will ensure seamless connectivity and delivery aligned withplanning, cost, and scope objectives.Reporting LineYou will report directly to theHead of StarLIMS Solution.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive collaboration withstakeholders, delivery teams, operations, and architectsin across-functional environmentto ensureGlobal Integration Servicesalign with overallbusiness strategy.Design, develop, and maintain integrationsbetweenStarLIMSandinternal or third-party applications, usingStarLIMS APIs,.NET technologies, and theAzure NGI framework.Deliverthird-level application support, ensuring the reliability and performance ofStarLIMSand its integrations.Maintain high-qualitytechnical documentationand ensure compliance with establishedIT governance standards.Executeunit and system testingto ensure robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions.Lead thetimely and high-quality deliveryofLIMS development projects.Continuouslyoptimize system performance, applyingbest practicesin coding, design, and documentation.Partner with otherdevelopment teamsto support and enhancein-house solutions.Uphold theSGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conductin all activities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higherinComputer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.3-5 years of experienceinintegration solutionsand/orapplication development and implementation projects.Solid understanding ofsoftware development methodologies(Agile, Scrum, PMO).Strong combination offunctional expertiseandtechnical infrastructure knowledge.Good understanding ofbusiness processesand how to implement them using technology followingindustry best practices.Required SkillsStrongcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in across-functional environment.Ability totranslate technical concepts for non-technical audiencesand communicate business needs to technical teams.Proactive, dynamic, and collaborative team playerwith a positive mindset.Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and logical approach.Self-motivated, autonomous, and results-drivenprofessional.International mindsetwith flexibility for occasional travel.Fluent English(spoken and written).Good knowledge ofcloud computing,DevOps practices,AWS application monitoring, or similar technologies (e.g.,SOAP, REST, ETL).Experience withdatabases and SQL(MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%) for global projects.Participation in a rotational on?call schedule for critical production incidents.Nice to Have (Optional Skills)Experience withLIMS platforms(StarLIMS or similar).Exposure tovendor managementAdditional InformationWhy SGS?Join a globally recognized and stable company, a leader in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.Enjoy aflexible schedule and a hybrid work model.Access continuous learning opportunities through SGS University and Campus.Collaborate in a multinational environment with colleagues from various continents.Apply Now:At SGS, we are committed to fostering an open, friendly, and supportive culture that thrives on teamwork. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business , or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in integration solutions and/or application development and implementation projects . Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMO). Strong combination of functional expertise and technical infrastructure knowledge . Good understanding of business processes and how to implement them using technology following industry best practices, Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment . Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and communicate business needs to technical teams. Proactive, dynamic, and collaborative team player with a positive mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with a structured and logical approach. Self-motivated, autonomous, and results-driven professional. International mindset with flexibility for occasional travel. Fluent English (spoken and written). Good knowledge of cloud computing , DevOps practices , AWS application monitoring , or similar technologies (e.g., SOAP, REST, ETL ). Experience with databases and SQL (MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
