Kompetente Betreuung der Anwender bei Störungen und ggf Zuweisung von Störungen an die Fachabteilung Dokumentation von Fehlersituationen im Ticketsystem Installation und Konfiguration von Standard-Software Betreuung und Optimierung der bestehenden IT Umgebung Übernahme von Teilprojekten

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Administration und/ oder Support Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Citrix und MS Exchange Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Problemlösefähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und konzeptionelles Denken
