IT Project Manager

Lead the design and delivery of portfolio, program, and agile modules in the enterprise PPM tool. Coach project managers on scheduling and planning through demos, office hours, and one-on-one sessions. Roll out and drive adoption of change request workflows in the PPM tool. Partner with the PPM development team on requirements, configuration, and testing. Pilot new PPM modules and help decentralized PMOs replicate processes across the enterprise.

7 years or more of IT project management experience in a dedicated Project Manager role. Proficiency in Microsoft Project or enterprise PPM tools for project scheduling and planning. Experience in program, portfolio, or agile project management for 3 years or more. Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management and PPM tool configuration. Experience in software testing, end-user training, user guides, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Create role-based training, tips, and knowledge base articles, and support governance committees.
